KB – Disable all Intelligence HUB notifications

When you migrate from an older Workspace ONE UEM version to 20.08 or newer, the Intelligence HUB is now able to use the Windows toast notifications to inform the user.

If you don’t want those notifications show to the user, you can add the following regkeys before you upgrade the Intelligence HUB on the device:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Notifications\Settings\AirWatchLLC.WorkspaceONEIntelligentHub_htcwkw4rx2gx4!App]
"Enabled"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Notifications\Settings\com.airwatch.windowsprotectionagent]
"Enabled"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Notifications\Settings\Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub]
"Enabled"=dword:00000000

This will disable all the HUB notifications.
If you want to re-enable the notifications, change the 0 to 1.
